Carafelli Productions — text-message consent capture
Crew and contractors give consent to receive scheduling text messages by checking the box below when they set up their account on our crew portal. Accounts are created by invitation: the office emails each crew member a personal setup link (app.carafelliproductions.com/crew/portal?setup=…), and the account-setup screen that link opens contains this consent control. (Visiting /crew/portal without a setup link shows the sign-in screen only.) The checkbox is unchecked by default; the person must actively check it.
